Costs associated with leasing had started to increase, almost at an exponential rate.
No-shows, repeat showings and Agent fees started to creep into the equation, making it necessary to find alternative paths. Virtual showings sounded great, but they presented a range of new challenges such as security and end-user confusion.
We embarked on developing a plan that would reduce costs, elevate the prospect experience, and improve the lead-to-tenant conversion ratio. With a combination of access technology, web design, rate research, elegant advertising campaigns, human-powered phone and email communication, and on-demand agent showings - we were able to drastically streamline the entire leasing process and build a better community.
